Bookings
We recommend that you book your treatments in advance in order to receive your preferred date and time.
Beauty treatments and consultations require a £10 deposit.
Arrival
We ask that you arrive 5-10 minutes prior to your appointment so that we can check you into the salon. In order that you benefit fully from your relaxation time with us and as a courtesy to other clients, we ask that mobile phones be switched off or put on silent in the salon.
Lateness
We regret that it may be necessary to treat appointments as cancelled if clients arrive more than 5 minutes late.
Gift Vouchers
Gift vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash or products.
Courses
Courses of treatments must be paid for from the first treatment and are non-transferable. Non attendance of any treatment during any course will result in the loss of that treatment and will be unavailable for re-booking.
Cancellation
Clients who wish to change or cancel an appointment are requested to provide 24 hours notice, or the full cost of £15 will be charged. Also if you constantly miss treatments without a good reason, we reserve the right to dismiss you as a client.

All Abigail Friday’s Electrolysis and Beauty Salon offers are subject to availability and cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion.
Refer a Friend
When you visit Abigail Friday’s salon we will issue you with a card with your name on it and the date it was issued and if you give that to a friend who hasn’t been to Abigail Friday’s before they give it back to us when they come for their appointment and we’ll send you a text for a 20% off your next treatment.
You can have as many cards as you like, the more friends you introduce the more discounts you will receive.
